What NTX Radar is
NTX Radar is a North Texas event-discovery website. Most visitors can browse the site without creating an account or providing personal information.
Information we collect
If you submit an event, we collect the event details you provide and may collect an organizer name and contact email if you choose to provide them. Event submissions are stored for review and are not automatically published.
To limit automated abuse, the submission system creates a one-way technical fingerprint from request information such as IP address and browser user-agent. The site stores that fingerprint rather than the underlying IP address for this rate-limit function.
Payments and monthly support
Monthly support is processed by PayPal. NTX Radar does not receive or store your payment card or bank-account credentials. PayPal may collect information under its own privacy practices when you use the support page or PayPal checkout.
Analytics
NTX Radar may use aggregate website analytics to understand which pages are useful and improve the service. If Google Analytics is enabled, the site is configured without advertising personalization signals. Analytics may still involve information handled by the analytics provider under its own privacy terms.
Hosting and technical data
NTX Radar uses Cloudflare infrastructure to deliver the site, store application data, cache event artwork, and help protect the service. Like most web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process normal request and security information needed to operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to operate NTX Radar, review event submissions, prevent abuse, improve the site, troubleshoot technical problems, and maintain the accuracy and security of the service. NTX Radar does not sell personal information to advertisers.
Third-party links
Event listings link to organizers, venues, ticket providers, tourism sites, and other third parties. Their websites and privacy practices are separate from NTX Radar.
Retention
Submission and administrative records may be retained as reasonably needed for review, duplicate detection, abuse prevention, recordkeeping, and site operations. Published event records may remain in internal history after an event expires.
Children
NTX Radar is a general-audience event discovery service and is not directed to children under 13.

This policy may be updated as NTX Radar changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
